Vinyl Letters fro T-Shirts

I am interested in buying a US Cutter off of ebay - one of the PCuts and wondering if these will do vinyl for t-shirts.  Someone told me they have to have an optical eye.  I'm new to this so not really sure.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks !

Yes, all of our cutters will cut heat press transfer vinyl.

And No, you dont need an optical eye for vinyl letters or numbers.

You willl need that if you are going to print a transfer paper in your injet or laser printer and THEN cut it in your plotter. But, no, no optical eye needed.
