Questions about a CTN630E p-cut

Is CTN630E a good machine for $500, plus the stand for it, software, mega collection discs 1-3, original boxes, extra blades and different colors of vinyl? I think he was going to send me 3 or 4 yards of some different colors, but if anyone knows exactly what kind of machine that is and if there is another machine I could buy new for a better price please let me know. thanks.

you can go on EBAY and check the prices on those items...  they are all there,  then you have something to compare to.
