Help! Cutting way off on lettering

Okay so for the first couple of months I havn't really had any issues.

Now suddenly when I go to cut any lettering it cuts way off.

For instance say it's cutting an O it wont complete the O correctly

the two ends wont connect.

I wanted to have this set of signs done for someone tomorrow and I'm pulling my hair out

and wasting vinly trying to figure out whats happening. It almost seems like it's the program.

I'm using Signcut. I have a Refine MH721 and Im hooked up with USB (my only choice because I'm running this from a laptop)

This is extremly frustrating and nothing I am doing is fixing it
