need help with SignBlazer 5.5?

i am new to here

can anyone tell me wut should i do now?

i got a Roland Gx-300 cutter off my freind and it come with SignBlazer 5.5 progame inside his com

but his compter is old old model very slow,and i want buy new competer

but after i install SignBlazer 5.5 on window vista (and also i try install on window XP Pro ) it keep say HASP Device Driver not Installed (-100)

then i cant open SignBlazer

y is this happen?

SignBlazer 5.5 cant install in vista?

can some ppl tell me wut should i do now?

try installing a different version of SignBlazer,  you can download it for free.

The HASP device is a USB Key that Signblazer is looking for. It will look like a USB thumb drive. did your friend give it to you with the machine? It may still be plugged into his PC.

yea my freind give me machine and it come with some pinter pot and it look have some number on it

i try use that on my freind old com without that pinter pot ,it cant open SignBlazer 5.5,but if i put it back it can open SignBlazer 5.5

so do i need that pinter pot to make cutter work?
