KrazyWhite Rich 0 Posted March 29, 2009 I'm trying to login to my customer account to submit a trouble ticket. When I type in my email, license and then click on "login" it just brings me right back to the login screen. I am typing in correct information. Has anyone had this problem lately??? designed 0 Posted April 3, 2009 I used signcut for a bit and got mad at the owner I think it was because they where slow at helping you then they wanted certain info and when I gave it to them I did not give them something like they wanted it so they started playing games and being redunant like they would say send us bla bla bla the same thing as I just sent so i would resend and it was the same thing so they would keep saying send us the bla bla bla rather than explaining they where like pissed off kids they reminded me of. Kimon 1 Posted April 4, 2009 There is a known problem with the login system on our site, generally is can be solved by clearing your cookies and internet cache. But you may submit a ticket directly to the system by emailing support@sc-x2.com directly.
