Well the brand is the same and the pin number but there is no way for me to tell if it would work but someone below clarified it.

Note: I called 2 dealers around my area, one of them said that they would provide me with the part but never called back then I called then they said they couldn't find it. The other dealer told me that they had it but I had to bring the machine in, I explained to the lady that It was not possible for me to do that due to my CE5000-60 being in another country, she said that there is nothing they can do.

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I was wondering if anyone could help me. My CE5000-60 broke around 2 weeks ago and I'm not able to get it to a dealer or anywhere where it could be fixed, I hired a technician and he informed me that I need 2 of the following ribbon cables: SUMITOMO-Y AWM 20861 105C 60V VW-1 -F- 30 PIN The problem is that I can't find this anywhere, I did find the following SUMITOMO-C AWM 20861 105C 60V VW-1 -F- 30 PIN you will notice that this one is C instead of Y and I don't know what the difference is and if it will fix my CE5000-60 This is a link to the one that is C: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Flat-flex-ribbon-cable-SUMITOMO-C-AWM-20861-105C-60V-VW-1-F-/252264755245?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368 I will attach a picture of the part that I need for reference.
