Ok I was reviewing the cost sheets people have been posting and I finally decided to make my own. Mine incorporates vinyl cost, machine time, weeding difficulty, labor cost, cost/foot^2 vinyl and Application tape, quantity (with or without discount). It is not what I would call a finished project, I am constantly revising it but is very comprehensive.
Some things are just plain wrong or need better labels, but you can see exactly what the formulas are and edit as you need. I don't use Excel, I use LibreOffice so I hope this works.
