In winpc and Robo I can print without printing the cut lines, But can,t find the way to do it here.

ok I reinstalled it and now works. Just don't understand why is on com 1 connected and comes up in sign blazer as port 8.

I was doing it wrong did get it to install, n0w can't get it to work did it install in the wrong place, it installed under universal serial bus controller and there is no way to check settings there no 9600,n, 1 hardware is not there. Not good at doing this stuff dumb. next step it is on com 1.

when I go to install new hardware go to my D drive click on disk then usb and ok it searches and tells me no drivers found. What am I doing wrong. Thanks for any help

Had to reinstall elements it gave me the new update now I can't make it work put in reg marks they are only about one eigth on an inch from the cornners and my tranfer and mat fall out. I can jog to right mark but not sure which is the right and left mark. tried both marks ,how many reg marks should we be putting in two or four , after I hit the second mark It zings back to top and I tried this for three days now , When at cut page there is two red eyes top is at 3.00 bottom at 12.00 don't know how they need to be set. Can't cut nothing. Can someone please give us detailed instructions how to use the update Thanks Sam

I'm all mixed up when I hit the printer on the right it puts dash lines around border and four number 1 in all the cornners put I cant print from there have to go to printer which is now at left side again to print it out , It also don"t print from my file menu and when it prints the number 1 is not on the print. Now when i go to the cutter on the right I get the box with the four jog signs and tells me to jog to bottom mark but nothing works on line or off line. I put the paper in cutter that I printed out Can someone please help me get this sorted out thanks. Sam

How do I hook this up to Cut in Corel Draw X3, do you have plt draw driver. or another way any help thanks. Sam

I fixed it had the head and vinyl to far to the end when I moved it over works good, not a software error just me. thanks

The Cutting mats you buy are not cheap make your own here iis how I make mine for the 81/2 by 11 go to the wal mart or Quilt or fabric store and get a 6 pack of Extra thick template Quilting plastic for the larger one look in kitchen supplies and get the 12x15 flexible cutting mats come 3 in a pack Walmart also has them go to a craft or paint store and buy Krylon Easy tack repositionable bond for lightweight material. I spray them light two times let them sit for 3 hours, don't buy anything but the Krylon I tried them all. You don.t need the paper they put on the ones you buy, Put them in my Robo and on the new laser point both work good better then the ones I bought. Cover them with wax paper or use the wax side of freezer paper. I use them for transfer paper on my Robo and the new laser point they will go under the rollers just fine. Hope this helps and saves you money on new ones.

when I ran the 30 day demo was perfect now downloaded the disk and no creation p24 but had to load the other one . Now when I click on origin the bottom is to far down and cuts off and no weed border, does any one know how to fix this. I'm using elements, I tried nudge and increased the work space. Something I missed.

Does any one know when upgrade for elements for laser point will be ready. I make my own mats so have lots to practice with. I put paper on a mat and cut it out worked great so transfers will be no problem, need the software now to contour cut. Any help thanks
