    I would make sure you are running both Corel and SignCutPro as a Administrator... You probably are but if you are not this will cause issues. Howard gave me some other good info on this but I told him to chime in on this.

    We have seen issues where the import function ceases to work due to a corruption... Make sure to walk through the steps via the link provided by CRD but if you are still having the issue, you may want to completely remove SignCut and do a clean reinstall... I am interested to hear your update.
  7. Take a look at this screenshots and make sure the settings that are highlighted are all unchecked as they appear in the screenshots. After you have confirmed all of this, turn the cutter off, turn the cutter back on, set the origin, and then send the job and tell me if it still hangs with the "Waiting" message on the display. Also tell me if where the USB connects to the side of the cutter if the connection there is firm or loose? You might be using serial...? Regardless let me know if this helps and any other details if you continue to have the issue.

    Make sure to scrape the paint off the screw if there is any to ensure a solid connection...

    Contour cutting.....Epson 1100 / Roland GX-24

    Make sure to go into the printer settings from your printer control panel outside of the software to modify you default paper size and to disable any kind of scaling. If you would like I would love to assist you in live support - myself or one of my team could probably get you up and running pretty quick. If the live support shows online someone should be available to help, that is how it should be - I will look into this and see if I can figure out what has been happening the last few days. We have been focusing as of late, the last few months on our phone and e-maiil support to best assist people. Thanks for pointing this out.

    Standard Roland Blades are all you need! From this standpoint alone it is by far a much more economical contour cutter then a Graphtec.

    Zen Cut Green or Black will not run in SignBlazer... These cutters will work directly with SignCutPro and the current version of Flexi, the upcoming version of Flexi will feature designed drivers for these cutters. How about that Green paint job... Crazy color huh! I think it's great to see something non-standard on a cutter.

Due to the major demand we had from many of our clientele to get this product up for sale we neglected in our hurry to update the aspect of our system that automatically hides products that are percieved to not be in inventory... I am currently working to get this product properly listed on the site. The Green should be available now and I am working on posting the Black...
