When you import, you have two options right? One of them is "full postscript" or something like that. I've had better luck using that. Basically, for you, click the opposite button that you've been clicking.

Hey tlzimmerman, Cutting at what speed and what force? My blade is barely sticking out and with a 60 degree, I know I'm not going to have a problem, but I'm concerned about much smaller than a 1/2" without lifting during cutting. I'm only cutting at a level 50 though so perhaps my blade is out too far and I need to go with more force?

I can only hope I my skills get to that level. Very impressive! Safe to assume that's achmed on the right there?

New here. Call me Nick. Just ordered an 871 on Sunday and received it yesterday. Talk about faster than I thought! Now I have to torture myself all weekend as we're going out of town and I won't be able to actually even open up the box until I get back! I bought the unit hoping to accomplish some hobby related tasks that I wanted to complete, but am hopeful that I'll be able to turn it into a nice little money maker on its own eventually. I've been lurking for a couple of months now and have managed to pick up quite a bit of info from you guys so I feel fairly confident on getting the device hooked up and giving my first cut a go!

Hi gang! I know most of the vinyl that gets made is manufactured to be UV resistant but I'm on the lookout for a vinyl that can be used to react with blacklights. For example, use within a night club, or a home gameroom, or, for that matter a child's bedroom. I have several ideas that I could use this type of film for but have not had a lot of luck perusing the various vinyl sites and determining whether the vinyl will work or not. Anybody have any experiences or suggestions? Thanks, -Ninja
