I am trying to convert this jpg into a vector file but cant seem to do so cleanly. I open it up in AI and use the live trace function as I was taught on here by another member and even though I am playing around with the options, I cannot seem to make it clean. Can someone convert this for me and also teach me how? Thanks in advance guys! Thank God for this forum.

Because when I do the .eps conversion in AI, it wont open in SignBlazer. I have CS3 if that matters. Someone told me that it needs to be a version 8 or older?

Hey Signgame, thanks for all your help. So I saved the .ai file and put it into my sbd folder. Am I supposed to open it in AI first, then convert to an .eps? Thanks again!!

I had no idea. Would another option be to just get new software such as flexi? If i had flexi, would I be able to just convert jpg files to eps files in Adobe Illustrator and then just cut them? Thanks for the response.

Okay so I have tried to hand trace images using the tutorial and it just seems that I can never get it right. Ive been using vectormagic.com but sometimes this doesnt cut it so is there any other way to do this?! Ive been sent .EPS files from people and when I try to open it "using full post script interpreter" in Signblazer, it doesnt show up. When I use "postscript scanner" only half of the image shows. Why does it do this? Also when I convert JPEG files into EPS in Adobe Illustrator, it never seems to work when I open it in Signblazer. It starts to load and then the loading bar disappears. What am I doing wrong? Is it signblazer?
