Well I done the static tric, I just up graded the memory to a 4mb, I'm using window's xp usb cable for right now untill I can go and get me keyspan adapter I got a small cut job an easy one it's 11.5 width x 12.5 height and it's still stopping half way through the cut uhhhhhhhhh. any more tips beside a keyspan adapter ?

Hello everybody I was seaching on here on copy right info so far I gathered watermarking, and disable the right click where they can't save the image is good ideals how do I get a good lawer to copy right my artwork that't won't cost me an arm and a leg, hate to use lose my arm then I can't draw.

sorry for posting this topic again. Just wanted to let you know I talked to tech and they couldn't get my keyspan adapter fix cause I hade the wrong cable I was suppose to use the cable that came with the cutter but mine didn't it's a refine machine so I bought one at a PC Shop and it wasn't a Null Modem, DB9 Male/Female,3Ft Be sure you use the one that comes with the cutter a regular serial cable bp9 won't work.

There was nothing on T.V so I printed this T-shirt up for the fun of it yap I was board....LOL

I have it grounded from the base of the screw and to the stand also was thinking a crazy I just recently got a memory up grade chip and it came in one of thoses static bag I was thinking of putting the static bag around where the cutter box think thight might help with some of the static or just a crazy ideal ?

hello I gotten a keyspan serial port to usb a radio shack brand it came with the driver and I down loaded the driver it's sign cut not reading at al. What driver do I need to get here for a serial port to usb ?

Well I thought it was fixed I tryed putting signcut on a faster pc I'm running windows vista my other system has window's xp it's doing it on both I export the design from inscape to signcut pro and it run's though like befor and then stop's in the milddle of cut now it's got where I exit out of signcut pro and try to reopen it It will NOT open at all I have to reboot the system in order for it to get signcut pro to work right. Tech said I may need a memeory upgrade on the cutter it has a 1mb chip, It's a refine mh721

Hay hockygirl I done what you said and that seem to help with a lot of issue I droped the baud rate to 4800 and it went a lot smoother I'm getting me a kepsapn adapter tomarrow for a back up. I'll have to up grade the memeory chip later on. But it's working Thanks for the baud rate tip . what's the baud rate is that how fast the memory is going to the pc to cutter ?

Tech said I may need a memory upgrade ?
