I'm impressed with the MACHINE! I have the pcut and I cant cut really small letters or thin lines. I also get little "tags" where the cut didnt quite meet. Stick people drive me crazy especially the small faces with teenie eyes and smile, its a good day if I can weed one without losing the eyeballs...lol. Renee

I agree with ya Don! My son was trying his damnest to trade in his car because his qualified for the program. I made him sit down and do the math! He finally saw that he could not afford the new car with insurance as he is 20 and still has to pay high insurance because he is a male under 25. He still tried to argue with me even though he saw it on paper because the "salesman" told him it could be done...LOL!!! Renee

Good job! I would have used a capital S in the word sign, but thats just me! I have some plates that I bought from sign warehouse too, just havent done them yet. We are a two plate state so I'm not in a hurry! Renee

Nice work! Thanx for the idea where do you get the magnet material? I have some magnets that are for car doors or whatever but they are too thick too cut up like that I think! How does the material that you used for this come? on a rool? in sheets? thanx for the info! Renee

beautiful dog but I'm not sure about the price...lol The most I have EVER given for a dog is 800.00. The repo biz must be wonderful either that or you have sold alot of etched glass! Hey all, can some one tell me how to change the outline color on this eps file? I'm merging this megaphone with some pom poms for a cheerleading squad and they want the megaphone cut out of a different color. well after I punch the pom poms thru the megaphone ( everything is a black outline) I cant cut the megaphone seperatly. I have been trying and trying to get the outline a different color to no avail! everything I have tried changes the inside of the megaphone a different color but not the outline. another question.....if I want a solid megaphone and not an outline, how do I accomplish this? thanx for any help!!! He didn't state what type of design software he was using.. I didn't have to do any of that in Illy, I just clicked the outline and clicked a color,, changed it, Thanx guys for the advise! SHE ( me ) is using SB only on this one, I figured it would be something simple in SB that I wasnt doing. I did see in SB that it is a few different layers and that I could change the colors once I broke it up and pulled it all away from each other but then I kept messing it up putting it back together...specially the white which I could not seem to to find after pulling it off the whole picture so I never could get it back together correctly...lol. I downloaded your ai file speed, but do not know if I will be able to open it in SB? thanx!

Sounds good Don. Your not that far from me ( I travel to Raleigh frequently ) When I'm ready for another dog I will give you a shout. I refuse to live out here in the country without a big dog and a little gun...lol.

Hmmm....lets see....I have raised 3 sons, they are 25, 23, and 20. I did ok with the 3 knuckleheads...now I have a daughter that just turned 12 and WOWZA! She trys my patience at least 15 times a day, some days I want to knock her into next week but take DEEP breaths instead!! I would take raising 3 sons over raising one daughter ANY day of the week!!!

My cutter is a 24, but i generally use 15 vinyl so my cutter is set at 14.5 for the width. How wide is your actual vinyl? 30 inches? if your vinyl is only 15 inches wide and you have the cutter set for 24.8, then there is your problem.

Hey Don, I was thinking bout a german shepard, I have a great dane thats, well to put it gently, seen better days, he is getting old and has some medical problems as well as I no longer trust him ESPECIALLY around my 2 yr old grand daughter... I need a smart dog that will LISTEN and OBEY) Do you have german shepards or do you train dogs for people that already have a dog? how does this work exactly? Maybe I should email you instead...lol. using sign blazer, just use text, type out the school name and size it, make sure you have your text selected ( a box around the text), next go to the top right of your screen and hit the arrow key till you see "text arc" click on that and you can manipulate your arc, have along the bottom or the top of the arc, even go in a complete circle. you will have to play with it to get it to your liking. Once you get the hang of it, its easy! good luck!

when you go into the cut screen make sure that you have your setup correct. You have to set your vinyl with and length not only in the designing screen but in the cutting screen!

well I turned 49 this year...YIKES! Where does the time go? seems to slip away faster and faster. I'm falling apart but I guess that beats the alternative!

I've been busy as well, A good thing YES but with the hubby out of town all the time, I'm busy at home trying to get the youngest ready for school and all the work I have at the shop just there just isnt enough of me to go around!

Can anyone help me with thse drums? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but they are not coming out the way they are supposed to! I've been playing with inkscape for 2 days now, have followed along with the tutorials a few have so kindly posted and yet still cant get it! I'm so frustrated! The young man that has ordered 10 shirts for the high school drumline is getting frustrated with me as well! He gave me these pics to use and I have scoured the internet for better ones to no avail. Can these pics even be vectorized? thanx for any help!

Prestonservco, THANK you! I havent checked them out yet, but its got to be better than what I have come up with! There are just not any good vectors for drums on the net, to purchase or get! Others must have enjoyed your work because I see a few people have downloaded them! I will say thank you for them as well! Renee
