mr300s, that is so painful to see something like that happen. I hope it was insured...or at a minimum will work correctly. Maybe some pliers can be used to unbend it if it doesn't work.

I would at least report them to the BBB. You can report a company to the BBB whether they are a member or not. -
which roland printer would you recommend?
CyberSultan replied to camillekindle's topic in Pre-sale questions
I got an email from them today advertising a year-end demo deal (lightly used 48" and 54" PrismJet demo printers with 1-year onsite warranty). You have to call for pricing and availability. -
You da man John! Thanks for everything.

Thanks Terry. The content of the starter kit was designed for that very purpose...so I'm really glad it is helping others to get going on this. Thanks for the links too! It really is a lot of fun to create rhinestone apparel. I don't see any signs of things slowing down.

Congrats Mader!

Here is a rhinestone design I recently did for a local High School hockey team fundraiser. They wanted it generic, so it doesn't have the school name on it.

I have been using the Korinna font more than any other font lately.

Too funny!

I create directly in a vector program. I know many people that create directly in SBE, but even when I was using SBE...I still created my designs using Corel, Illustrator, and Inkscape (I do use all three based on what I'm trying to accomplish as each one has their own strengths and weaknesses). I use mainly CorelDraw...but I was making a high school wrestling t-shirt design last week that really required Illustrator to do what I needed.

I voted. Great job you guys!!

Would really like to see some of the things you guys have made so far with your starter kits! Lately I have been doing some simple custom designs for the local schools in the area. We are decorating the house today for the Christmas season, but I will try to get up some pictures posted soon to give you some ideas of what our local schools have been looking for. They haven't been anything complicated...but they sure love their bling!
