Yeah it has dampers has a new cap station print head and dampers lines everything is basically new. will try to fill dampers with ink or water and see if that makes it work. see the new upgraded ones have refill cartridges.

That Install looks great. I use the recipe below. I make a gallon at a time and use it to clean and everything and install with. I use a gallon jug of (Crystal Geyser) water Empty out enough to add 1 cup 70% rubbing alcohol, 10 drops of baby shampoo. Leave out the alcohol if for digital prints. Which I did not know about the last part on digital prints.

I have this font but my AI changed it to curves and i cannot find the font. I have some in Copper that look close but not right.Thank you in advance.

is the color still there after a day?

Is it the size of your platen? If so it is where all the moisture is taken out. If it sits for a bit it should go away. I notice most of mine comes from red colors.

i have a file that looks good but it is backwards. I have tried everything to no end. I am over thinking it i'm sure. Even if it comes out in a 2 layer decal it will be fine. Dodge.ai

yeah i compounded them so the windshield will show through. did have it white over burgundy but then remembered to compound which was the whole issue i think and it came out great.

Yeah i keep forgetting which way to curve them but now i have to do a bunch so hoping i wont forget. .

Yeah that is what i was thinking to. it is going on a windshield. If i could have talked him into it it would have been fine but he told me to go with what will work and look good. so it just may be a 2 color. but i do have to add a R/T so maybe i can incorporate it in to that.

That is what i was thinking but it turns out like this. So I am thinking i need to add a thin line around the pic. Will take it back into Corel and work the image. Was hoping it would come out as a silhouette but this image does not work unless the image below is the parts that are removed.

Ah that was my bad getting too many irons in the fire with spring here forgot to finish the first post. I want to get rid of the grey but keep the face detail. Not sure what i am asking can be done without reworking the whole design. Unless i am over thinking it i will cut one in the AM and see if it works and get back on here. I have this font but have looked all nite. i have used it a ton of times but since i redid my computer i cannot find it again. I think i am going to add the font file right to the save works file for each order. Thank you everyone for the help in advance. Also my customer cannot remember what it is.

Thanks again everyone I went with some 120grit and it did a awesome job. Sorry forgot to get pictures but have a few more projects to do,so will get some then.

What do any of you use to etch on the glass. I want to order some more media but there are so many grits out there. i have a air eraser and a new blasting cabinet. the eraser seams to work and the media is fine grain. Was thinking about going with a 220 but i want to try to get a good deep etch without ripping the mask apart. Going to do more dollar store mugs for a fund raiser.
