Im trying to install the z-axis chip on my machine now, but tech support is closed...how do I know exactly which chip it is?

Okay on my mh-721 the blade holder won't come back up after cutting so im getting all the stray lines from the blade moving from letter to letter... is there a simple fix or do I need to be calling tomorrow?

Yeah I know, it probable would be way less of a headache then I am having now but that job is why I ordered the machine...

I put two decals on today dry, and when I removed the adhesive tape the decals are full of little bubble and I can't them them rubbed out. I offered to reprint some new decals and put them on again for the customer and he keeps suggesting using windex to put them on... should I use this method? Is it easier or any more like to not have bubbles?

Thanks, I'll try that when I get home. I'm getting frustrated because I have to make 100 political signs front and back and I can only cut one at a time because my vinyl will have moved to the other side of the machine after one and it won't be cutting on the vinyl at all!

I'm not sure, I just know that being my first time and the tape not sticking, I didn't want to attempt it and not be successful at it...

I tried to put a decal on a truck today and before I could even get the decal on my tape wouldn't stick... I told the customer to try and wash the truck with dawn soap... is that right?

This cutter and software does not seem to like me! The pinch rollers are leaving a mark on the vinyl and the vinyl keeps moving over when it's cutting! I don't know what im doing wrong! Can someone please help?

Well it made it around lunch! Now just to get off work so I can go home and set it up!! I hope it's easier than some people say it is!

Where does everyone buy their coroplast signs or yard signs?

Hey everyone! My cutter will be thursday and I am curious on a supply list of things I need to get started. I already have an order for 100 political signs on coroplast, and I worked previously at a sports store that made signs but I wasn't clued in to all the details. Can ya'll help me out?
