    Cutting strip

I tried to purchase cutting strips from your website... the next day I was informed that I was to be charged $40 to ship 2 rolls of tape to canada. I hope the profit gained from the shipping is enjoyed, because you won't be getting more from me.

    Recieving basket

It doesnt show the way I wanted in the picture but I meant those brackets are on both sides. And you use fabric and hang it from the brackets. so it gets caught and rolls itself. I'll see if I cant draw it better..

I've seen those before! you can buy them online, I made my own. Just extend the carrige from front to back so it sticks out in front and the back then us some cheapy static resistant material and conect it to both sides. So it collects the slack from the roll aswell as collects the vinyl as it comes out the front. [attachment deleted by admin]
  4. I had the same problem, since the USB is emulating a virtual comm port. You might have a look at the device manager, make sure all the ports are lined up. then goto port settings make sure its 4800 bps as the transmission, then to correct irregularities in the transmission... in the advanced section of the port settings enable the FIFO buffers, then change your recieve buffer and transmission buffer to medium or slow. That should correct any degredation in the signal, it makes it slower for the machine to read properly. If that doesnt work, I suggest buying a PCI com port card and install it.

    Interesting problem

Well the aluminum's dimension is 18" x 24". So I cut the sign a half inch smaller and include the border. In the production manager it says the size of my design is 17.5 x 23.5 but it cuts it at 17.75 x 23.75 so the border ends up right at the edge of the aluminum. What I'm doing now is cutting everything a 1/4" smaller then I really want it and it seems to be working alright.

    Interesting problem

I'm running flexi and I have a large order for parking signs... In flexi it tells me that its 17.5 x 23.5 inches for a standard parking sign, but its cutting about 1/4" too big. Anyone else have this problem?

    Knife Offset

Is there anyway to increase the accuracy of the knife. I'm running flexi and when i cut my O's or R's or P's the cut doesnt complete and leaves little gaps which really bother me during weeding. After an hour of trial and error I brought it close but not how I want it, even the overlap cut doesnt give me what I need. I'm running the knife offset at 0.014in and the resoultion per inch is 1015.000 which came as a default for this driver.
