Hi, I did a factory reset on my graphtec CE 6000 because it wasn’t reading dark colored media. It still does not read the media , and with other media when I make a design and send it to the cutter , it is not the right size , it only reads the size of the media and cuts the design to big or to small. I was given this machine and don’t have the manual for it or for my graphtec studio software. I was thinking I need new sensors ? Any help would be appreciated.

I had to factory reset my plotter because it wasn’t reading dark media. After I did that now when I make a design a certain size and send it to the cutter it doesn’t print the size I wanted it , it’s either to small or too big. I’m new to all of this so I have no clue what I am doing.

It’s not new , I recently took over a business for a friend , I have no clue what I’m doing, but how do I shut the sensor off ?

When I put the media in and lock the rollers, press sheet, it’s scans the media thru forward and then backwards and just keep going until the media is out. How would I fix this issue?
