So guys, I'm REALLY new to this. I have the cutter listed above and use Flexi12 software. I used to have an Ioline cutter, so I normally
loaded media and set my origin at the far edge of the media manually. With this Graphtec, I see it uses some sort of an optical sensor. My problem is that I want to use the whole width of
the media (I only use 15") but the cutter starts off cutting about an inch inward. It also finishes about 2 inches from the far end of the media. I entered 15" in Flexi production manager
as my "user defined" size. Don't know why it will only cut anything about 11.5 inches wide.
