solid backing vs glass application-letters reversed?

after I applied transfer paper, i went to affix my words to coroplast and noticed that if I take off the white paper backing first and then hinge over top and rip off transfer paper, the words are reading reversed in some fashion either right to left or the letters are flipped whereas the 3 prongs of the letter "E" normally point to the right, they are pointing to the left, reversed.

HA HA HA HA HA

I just figured out what the problem is, and for some one who is so critical of others we will all get a good laugh out of this. 

You are installing the graphic up side down!

It came to me when you said some were back wards like the E and other were up side down. 

Go to youtube and search "how to install vinyl graphics" you will be able to see the proper hinge method.  If this is the problem, I hope it helps if not, can take pictures of the graphics in every stage and upload and I would be happy to offer my opinion all though I am sure will think it is not good enough for you.
