Attaching images - Vector Graphics

Hello,

My sisters and I are brand new to the vinyl business.  We recently purchased a cutter and are working on moving our ideas into projects.  We are using the SignBlazerElements program and are having problems attaching images to our files.  Most of what we do are words but occasionally we need a small graphic.  Can someone give us some instructions?  Also, we know that the graphics need to be vector graphics but most everything we are finding that is vectorized looks like it belongs in a tatoo studio.  We are looking for cozier, warmer, home decorating type graphics.  Does anyone have a good source to find those?  Can you take a .bmp graphic and convert it to a vector graphic?  If so, how? 

Sorry for all the questions.  We are just starting to figure this whole thing out.

In SignBLazerElements import image. On top tool bar go to Image then to Mode, then Monochrome this will help you set things here then click ok. Go back to Image and go to Vectorize click ok. Here you drag the original and delete it and you should have a blue copy this is your vectorized image.
