I was wondering if anyone knows any websites where i can get free vectors or reasonably cheap?

I am only 15 and am new to this.

I am specifically looking for stick peoples, fish, Fly fishing, sports balls and skulls or punk icons

If anyone knows where to find them that would great if you could tell me
