Outsourcing 4-Color Banner Printing

I've had some requests for Banners that require photo quality or a 4-color process which I don't have the equipment to do. other that what I can do with vinyl.  I'm looking for a source for outsourcing these requests, so I don't have to turn down customers and lose money. Any Suggestions?

honestly try kinkos i hear that the charge around 10.00 per sqft.

Wholesale to the trade only pricing is around 1.99 a sq ft.  at $10.00 you cannot make any money yourself.
