Looking for a couple files - Euro decal template & cameras

Anyone have a template for one of those oval Euro decals with a black border? One that I can just add in some text and be done?

Also,looking for a pic of  a camera, SLR type.

Should matter what software you're using... can probably be recreated within 30 seconds. Just make a white oval, and then a black border.
