Cant get Greek Letters to work

Both fonts Times New Romen & Arial have greek characters(ex. ΜΛΣΦΧΨΩΠ).  I used the character map to get the letters by copy/paste.  When I copy/paste them in signblazer they just show up as ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 

Anyone know how to get around this?

When you are in SignBlazer text and select Times New Roman, all of the alternate (including greek) characters are at the bottom of the screen. Slect from there and they will show up in your design.
