PhaedrusZen 55 Posted December 10, 2014 So, I saw a tool balancer during a web search for something unrelated and got interested since my wife helps me occasionally with vinyl work, but hates using my Mondo trimmer since it's relatively heavy and unwieldy. The tool balancer seems to be oriented more towards more industrial uses, and the initial search was turning up price tags way beyond what I was willing to fork out on an experiment ($150-$300), but I found a cheaper version on Amazon that I went ahead and ordered. Looks like it's actually shipping from China, not the Amazon warehouse (Hence the much cheaper price @ $20) so I won't have it in hand for 2-3 weeks, but I think it'll work well mounted over my worktable and connected to the center of the Mondo. Any one else do something like this? I'll let you know how it works out. Could be a total fail, but at $20 versus $150, I'm willing to give it a spin. =) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
