Is this Gerber and plotter worth the price??

I ran across this Gerber machine on Craiglist and thought I would contact the seller for more info. Iv been in the market lately for a gerber printer but I was quoted for $15,000 for a brand new set up. Printer/plotter and other small things were included.

 

The seller seems to be pretty clueless about working the software/machine so he/she has decided to sell it. They said they bought the machine a while back to get into the signs hobby. Its all set up and installed to make test prints they said as well. And it was bought for about $8k 9 years ago....
