How to make grid

What is the easiest way to make a grid. I use SBD elements and it does not have a way to make a grid. Trying to make something like you would do in Excel.

Down in the lower right there is a grid feature in SignBlazer. It allows you to view and snap to the grid. You can also use it to create grids using the square or rectangle function.
