Cutter will NOT cut... Help (dang)

OK....  so..

The sign I am trying to cut... Is one I have already cut once.. (successfully)

AND...  I had cut some since... THEN...  The cutter simply stopped taking instructions from computer.
 

SignBlazer Cutting program  VE 24 Red Sail Cutter. 

I have shut off and restarted cutter several times
I used two different USB ports
Same cable as when was cutting proper

WHEN I send cut instruction to cutter.....  The SB program NOW shows the pattern which the cutter will follow
Then is BLASTS out the instruction to the cutter

BEFORE (when it successfully cut) I could watch it slowly send the instructions through to the cutter.

I have cancelled the jobs in the que (no help)
I have tried to tell it to cut without tile  (it acts as if nothing was sent)

I have tried everything I could think of before crawling in here with my tail between my legs.

I hope I have given enough info.... but will be more than happy to provide more if I can.

Have you tried reinstalling the driver? It's an easy thing to try...

Hockey Girl....  I was just looking in Sb for the place to check on the driver settings....  but did not find them...

Where do I look for it....  OR  where do I find it again to reinstall??? Thanks VM

Did you have to install a driver for USB connection for the cutter? If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling it

OK.... Found it.....

It was a two step process... and I missed it......

Go to "Cutter"

 

In Cutter... Go to setup.......

Then make corrections (if necessary)

 

and BINGO.....  it works.......
