I am familiar with bleed for printed work but I was confused with what I see in front of me with the artwork and the finisihed, ready to print artwork size. The computer would fit the artwork into a 15 inch area and with the bleed it would cut it in half. I thought I was allowing enough for a bleed because I would see a double line with the pull handle. That double line to me meant a bleed and I even allowed extra just in case. So I am going to make my artwork 13.5 inches and hope I have adjusted for a 15 inch wide piece of vinal for output. There are percentages I can reduce the size of the artwork to fit also. The Graphtec Studio 3 software is for Illustrator as well as all the other vinyl needs. The studio is limited unless I upgrade to PRO. I have heard of Free Hand and other software. What software would you advise me to get should I upgrade and where would I get my best buy?
