Does anyone here do the cardboard stand ups?

I am not exactly sure how these are made but thought maybe those here with a printer/cutter combo would be able to do this.

 

Looking for a custom stand up of the wrestler I did the outfits for lifesize to display in the shop. If anyone could create one please let me know. reply back or message me.
