Rhinestone business

I am trying to start a small rhinestone business and I am trying to decide what cutter and software is better for this purpose. I will appreciated any feed back you can provide me.

Well I and my mother share a Silhouette Cameo which does my vinyl transfers for (small) vehicles, and computer cases and it also does Rhnestones for her business. I guess it all depends on do want a desktop cutter, or a floor stand cutter? How big of designs are you planning on doing? The Cameo goes up to 12" wide but length is infinity. If you use Silhouettes Designe studio that has the rhinestones add on you can make some nice designs. There are others out there but so far she hasnt neeed to upgrade.
