I need someone to vector a graphic for me please

I had a request to make a few car decals but i'm not much of an artist. Can someone please help recreate this decal? as the player # and play name will be different for each decal

I would like it to say "Mt. Morris Panthers"

Here is a rough draft of it....It is very simple to change the words around to make it say what you need. I didnt know what format you wanted, so here is two of the common ones.
