Recommendations: "Italian Rustic Font"

So I have client that wants a "rustic italian font" I'm not too sure what that is but its not really that important (lol)

The t-shirt design is Italian themed (green shirt with white and red text) Its a humor tee' and need some font that has an italian look to it. any recommendations?

Front: "Mama's Meatballs"

Back: " My balls have attitude"
