Thanks to the customer service, i was up and cutting in no time. VERY pleased with the customer service here, couldnt have been easier with their help. waytoomuchboost 6 Posted May 4, 2012 i have a iMac OS X running 10.7.3. As for the cutter i purchased the Mh-721, using adobe illustrator CS5, then exporting it to SignCut Pro. I also ordered the Tripp Lite keyspan adapter. I first tried using just the USB cable, then tried the keyspan adapter to see if there was any difference, and it actually made a huge difference, i highly recommend using one if not already.
