Signs Down Under 19 Posted February 28, 2012 Think you will find this is hand lettered straight onto the vehicle in a free hand style with airbrush or stippled effects based on the font "Cooper Black" I love doing this type of work and getting my brushes wet... It has so much more character than vinyl (Not so computerised) Especially with the blend and striped outline. This is how l started my sign career many years ago, and only added the vinyl to keep up with the technology and that was about 20 years ago. I done a 4 year apprenticeship when l was a young buck and now I'm coming up to my 30th year in the sign trade... How time flies So to answer your question it's not any particular font but has similarities to several fonts and the signwriter would have just added his or her own twist to it.
