XLII-Guy 8 Posted December 7, 2011 These are the specs my client sent me: Temperature resistance up to 500 deg F Resistant to aircraft fluids - hydraulic oils and fuel. Be able to feed through a printer - currently labels are on a roll. Willing to consider all print feed options if the right material can be found. Able to be applied to 0.062” OD stainless steel lines I would say .2” by at least 1.5” sounds about right for when the current sleeves are flat. Apply label either by heat shrinking or a high temperature adhesive backing. Anybody know of a product that would come close to this?
AshComputers 197 Posted December 7, 2011 Good luck with that man, sounds like you'll need it. I've heard of high temp ironing board material, but that's about the extent of her. Good luck
vinylmotivations 143 Posted December 7, 2011 I would start on the phone with Avery and 3M both and talk to their departments that handle material recommendations and specs. They may be able to suggest something.
