Fiero STS 0 Posted August 4, 2011 I was given a Ioline 4000 plotter with a holder for cutting vinyl. The guy I got it from was using it, but it has been sitting for a few years. I have flexi 8.1 on a PC and that part seems to work. I am not sure how to adjust the blade and the speed. The manual is for plotting only. Seems to tear the vinyl or skip. I have a 60 degree blades and have some Avery vinyl that I am using for tests. Any help would be great. Just want it for making decals for myself, not going into production.
