jtmnoxville 0 Posted March 5, 2007 I have the newest version of signcut and am running vista with the usb to serial adapter. My plotter is a copam 2500 Cuts the copam logo test cut fine as well as objects from the signcut program like the nike swoosh.When I send the plotter a program from signcut in which it has to lift the blade it cust as is below. thredz 1 Posted March 6, 2007 Have you downloaded the lastest usb driver?I know Marcel posted it somewhere last week that they had an upgraded version.But it looks to me like a communication handshake problem,or it would not cut at all,or nothing but lines and arcs.Make sure that your usb to serial setting have the same baud rate settings as signcut.And I would download the updated usb driver since you are running vista.
