Header when sending to cutter question

So when I try to cut through Signcutpro, it shows up in the print screen with a header. then when we send it to the cutter. it cuts(or plots) this elebaorate header. does anyone know how to get rid of this? it's a waste of time and vinyl, we were able to remove the footer, but can't find where to remove the header. please help!!!!

What design software are you using? It may be coming from that.

Corel 4, 5 and adobe Illustrator

Did you activate SignCut? I'm just thinking it might do that in demo mode.

I think i figured it out... when you click the printer on the top it comes up with a header and footer, however if you click the scissors on the bottom left it will send right to the cutter with no header or footer. thanks for helping out guys, appreciate the attempts to help me sort it out.

Iv'e never touched the print icon but I did and see what you're talking about!
