Considering a couple of 48" laser cutters

We are considering a couple of the new 48" vinyl cutters with the laser contour cut. We use flexi to run our Mutoh's and are wondering if a design can be imported in the us cutter software and then exported with the registration marks back in to flexi so we can print the image/ design and after printing and laminating load it in the cutter for the contour cutting.

Also what is the level of accuracy on longer prints, suggested bleeds on the image at what size/ lenght of the print.
