Cutting sheets from a roll

Hi All -

I am new to this forum and this is my first post.  I have an MH871 plotter/cutter and am using WinPcSign Pro software.  I want to cut 8.5 X 11 sheets of paper from a roll.  I have tried various things but the paper just keeps getting jammed.  What happens is the paper feeds back to the start after making the final cut then feeds out for the next cut whih causes the paper to jam under the cutter head.  I know this may sound confusing but it is the best way for me to explain it.  What I need is for it to make one pass across the paper cutting it off and then feed out for the next cut and repeat the whole process until the total number of pieces are cut.
