Looking For Good USA Map to Vectorize

Does anyone have a good website to get a map of USA outline that I can move states around? layered. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have found some maps but I am having the trouble of making an outline of hole usa and then having each state I quess in a different layer right? I want it to be like a puzzle

I want an outline of USA and each state outlined on the inside and then seperate states that can be put in the usa outline like a puzzle. Whats is the best way to achieve this?

If I understand you I would just make each State a different color?
