I have been making Graphics for a while and have now opened a sign shop. Just done a job for a local pre-school. Basically they wanted the schools sign and details on a board on the outside of their building, Anyway, I have used some Foamex (3mm) cut it and applied my printed graphic. In your opinions what is the best finish... Wrap the image around and over the edges, cut flush with the edge of the foamex or cut a thin border around the outside?

Hope ya'll can offer me some advice!..

I am not sure i understand your question.  If i am reading it correctly i would make sure there is a little border.  Will this sign be framed for display?

No Just screwed to the side of a building. I went for a tiny border in the end. Its still on!
