Having trouble getting this to cut properly in SBE....

I have this logo on a disk of vectors that I purchased and I also found it at a website. The vector from the disk won't cut properly for me    I tried to download the vector from vector-logos.com, but I don't have the correct program on my laptop to open the zip file. Ughh...any problem solving input would be greatly appreciated.
