Kerning

How do you spread out the letters of a word (kerning?) in Inkscape.  I know how is SignBlazer but can't find the option in Ink.

I believe you place the cursor at the letter you want to kern then hold function key & the arrow of the direction you want to kern. Hope this helped

Thanks...that helped.  But, is there any way to kern all of the letters of a word at once to keep them consistent?

Just select the entire word and use the same keys I believe....

ok if you select it all as text -- if you press the "alt >" will make it out "alt <" will make it in
