Need American Flag in shape of Pennsylvania

Hey guys and gals,

I am looking for an american flag shaped like the state of Pa. in B&W .  It doesnt have to be the whole flag, but maybe parts of the stars and the rest stripes. This will be cut for part of a vinyl Window decal on Mh-871 and will be scaled to about 18 - 20 inches wide. Something like this but straight and b&w.

Why dont you take an outline of PA and a flag and use the outline as a clipping mask for the flag?

I tried that, but after making the mask, I still have the whole flag behind the state outline at times.

How do you think this will look as a decal? The black and gray would be white vinyl and the white would be the window. I dont have a plotter/cutter here to tell.
