Ninja 16 Posted April 4, 2010 It took nearly a week and lots of work from home but I sincerely hope those of you who call in on a regular basis for products and services appreciate the format we came up with. I made it with you in mind! No more annoying single track hold music; menus that make logical sense and don't dead end you with no escape but to hang up. Transitions to let you know you're moving menus and options that will hopefully get you to one of us as quickly as possible. Please let me know what you think. I know that's a dangerous thing to ask because we can't please everyone, but if we're not irritating anyone before they actually get to us, that'd be great! Cheers!
