Window Cling "Oil Change Stickers"

I'm looking to buy some of the cling reminders that shops use for oil change stickers, it would be handy for my web forum to give to members. Anyone have any sources? Or someone want to print me some on clear cling vinyl?

This is who I was going to mention, but I haven't personally used them.  They do freaking everything, and the prices are right on what I have looked at.
