Can you guys round the corners? If so, is there an addtional fee for rounding the corners.

Hey ya I round the corners on my mags..It keeps them from coming off due to wind..No charge diff from me with rounded vs square.

I use a cheap $4 corner rounder from Walmart craft dept (tip from BannerJohn). Works great on magnetic sheets! And no extra charge.

You can pick up a little scrapbooking tool at walmart to round the corners.

I don't sell a whole lot of mags so when I get a order I order the blanks from signwarehouse for about $6 for 2 12"x24" that has the corners rounded already.

I would always use an xacto knife & a shot glass  , then I bought one of the rounders that Bannerjohn mentioned in a post long ago. 

I don't charge for it either, it needs to be done & it only takes about 2 minutes to do a set.

A quarter or a nickel will work if you don't have any shot glasses handy..
